研究︰ ( 奈米磁學實驗室 )

深入探究 奈米尺度低維系統 的 磁性行為 與 自旋依賴傳導性質 。利用不同方法 (MBE 、 Sputtering 、 Self-organized) 製備各種樣品,並藉著多重分析技術 (AES 、 LEED 、 MEED 、 STM 、 AFM 、 MOKE 、 PEEM) 以跨研究領域的面向,深入了解低維磁性系統中,各種不同的特殊物理行為,同時著重基礎科學和應用兩方面:
  1. 表面磁學 :磁性超薄膜、多層膜 (Fe, Co, Ni, Mn 與其合金 ) 的磁性、結構、形貌與其交互作用。
  2. 自旋電子學 :穿隧磁電阻、交換偏耦合與量子干涉。
  3. 一維、零維磁性材料 :成長、磁性與傳輸研究及其應用。
  4. 磁性奈米結構 :自組裝(Sef-organized)奈米結構、磁性奈米點、奈米粒子極其應用
