以上同學將由系辦公室寄送通知至『學號E-mail』，請同學務必留意信件，並請備妥請領所需文件及相關證明，於信內註明之請領截止期限前向系辦公室申請請領，系辦公室將不再另行提醒（若自本公告發佈日起一週後仍未收到請主動向系辦公室詢問）。
The above students will be notified by the department office to the "Student ID E-mail". Please pay attention to the letter, prepare the required documents and relevant certificates, and submit to the department office before the deadline. We will not give you another reminder. ※ 依理學院規定，獲得本項獎學金者，不得同時領取其他補助。
According to the regulations of the College of Science, those who receive this scholarship are not allowed to receive other subsidies at the same time.
