My research interest is along the field of quantum simulation/computation theory involving cold atoms/molecules/ions and other quantum optical systems. In particular, my work includes
- Ultracold atoms/molecules, optical lattices, and the connections to other disciplines, such as condensed matter physics.
- Trapped ion quantum computing/simulation and quantum phase transitions.
- Cooperative phenomena and superradiance.
