Research

We investigate the various unique physical properties and their interaction in low-dimensional or nano-scaled magnetic systems in application of "multi-technique approach" (MBE, sputtering, AES、LEED、 MEED、STM、AFM、MOKE) in aspect of different related research fields:

  1. Surface magnetism: Magnetic and structural as well as properties of magnetic ultrathin films and multilayers (Fe, Co, Ni, Mn and their alloy), and their interaction.
  2. Spintronics: Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR), exchange bias and the quantum interference effect.
  3. Nanomaterials: Nanoparticles, Nanodots, and application.
